Entry ticket and/or booked sessions are valid for one registrant only.
Entry and sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
Registrants who successfully signed up for sessions are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their allocated slot. Late arrivals may result in cancellation of booked session.
Lancôme Malaysia may require the registrant to provide proof of identity for verification purposes. Due to PDPA, entry and redemption of sessions must be made by the customer.
The decision of Lancôme Malaysia shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Personal data provided will be used for the purpose of the event/session, to contact you regarding any future marketing and promotional activities and to follow up on obtaining event testimonials in accordance with these terms and conditions by Lancôme Malaysia.
