TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SAMPLES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLES BY LANCÔME

• During lockdown, complimentary sample/trial kit will be delivered to your address with shipping fee or free shipping with any purchase (subject to terms of specific promotion). Otherwise, collection of sample/trial kit will be at the brand’s boutiques and counters accordingly.


• The availability of shipment of complimentary samples to customers are on a promotional period basis and only if such shipment service is offered for such promotion. The promotional period is dependent on Lancome. Lancome reserves the rights to amend the promotional period accordingly.


• If shipment service is offered, Lancome shall not be responsible for any losses or damages suffered due to the failed delivery of the complimentary samples howsoever including the one caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer OR recipient not present/uncontactable during delivery. In the event of failed delivery, the complimentary sample will be returned to Lancome. There will be no re-delivery. Customers are advised to reach out to our brand’s boutiques and counters to check on the sample availability.


• Please make sure you add the trial kit/sample pack to your shopping cart (for specific promotion where shipment is offered).


• Complimentary sample is subject to availability (while stocks last). Proof of order does not guarantee entitlement.


• Each customer is entitled to ONE (1) sample pack/trial kit only while stocks last (unless otherwise specified where the number of sample/trial kit varies according to specific promotion).


• In the event the information given by applicants are repeated, duplicated, inaccurate, unreadable, or in a foreign language, Lancôme reserves the right to void the registration. No samples will be granted to the particular submission.


• Lancôme reserves the right to change/amend the terms & condition herein without prior notice.


• Any complimentary samples provided to you are not exchangeable for cash and is strictly intended for your personal use only.


• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting Lancome’s complimentary samples/trial kit, you irrevocably agree, accept and acknowledge that Lancome will not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for the use of the complimentary samples/trial kit and you remain solely responsible for the use of the complimentary samples/trial kit including any adverse personal conditions such as allergies.
