TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

General

The Lancôme Elite Rewards Membership (“Program”) is a program of the Lancôme brand under L’Oreal Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Company”). Terms and conditions herein including rewards and privileges (“terms and Conditions”) may be changed, withdrawn or terminated at any time without prior notice to members (“Members”) at the sole discretion of the Company. Products redeemed from the Program will only be ready for collection 3 months after the ordered date. Members are advised to refer to the Privacy Policy on the Lancôme website for more information on the processing and handling of the personal data provided to the Company in relation to the Program.

 

Membership

  • Lancôme Elite Rewards Rose membership is a lifetime membership provided that you have at least 1 transaction in the last 36 months.
  • Lancôme Elite Rewards Gold and Black Gold membership are valid for 1 year.
  • Lancôme may, at its discretion, amend the qualifying criteria at any time without prior notice to members. Members are advised to check the Lancôme website for updates on Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Membership points and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member for purposes outlined in the Program.
  • Rose Points will be awarded based on purchase of Lancôme products and services only.

 

LANCÔME LOYALTY PROGRAM - REWARDS & EXCLUSIVES

 

Accumulation of points and validity

  • Points are earned and accumulated, strictly through the purchase of any Lancôme products at Lancôme boutique, Lancôme departmental stores, e-boutique and social commerce platform (Lancôme Malaysia Official Facebook page Messenger) only in Malaysia.
  • Members will not be entitled to earn points for any purchases in Lazada (Lancôme Lazmall Flagship Store).
  • Membership points reflection takes at least 1-3 working days, Lancôme reserves the right to reject any request to issue points after a transaction has been made. For orders made online, points can take up to 1 month to reflect on Member's account.
  • Points are valid for 1 year from the date when the member’s first transaction.
  • Upon points expiry, Members are given a 30 days grace period to utilize their points. Points are considered null and void after the 30 days grace period.
  • Points can be used to redeem from an assortment of products on our redemption catalogue.
  • The items available on the redemption catalogue are subject to change upon stock availability. In the event that a Member redeems an item that is currently out of stock, Lancôme reserves the rights to replace the item with another of equivalent value.
  • Items in the redemption catalogue are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Notification & Collection of Redeemed Products

  • Members will receive an SMS or call from the beauty advisors when their item is ready for collection at the selected counters.
  • Lancôme will not be held responsible should there be any error, delay or defect in notification via the private message, email and/or telephone to the participants.
  • Lancôme is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
  • Members are given up to 3 months to collect their redemption products upon the time the products arrive at the Lancôme counter/outlets.
  • In the event the counter/outlet selected by a Member is no longer in operation, the redemption product will then be routed to the next nearest counter. The Member will receive an SMS on the new pick up location.
  • In the event the Member wishes to receive the redemption item in an area outside the coverage of a Lancôme counter, please be informed that such service is not available.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any losses, costs, claims or reimbursements arising out of the member’s participation in the Program, howsoever incurred.
  • The Company reserves the right to change, remove, restrict or disqualify any members from the Program for any suspicious behavior or any unfair/unethical actions that has potential to disrupt the operation and management of the Program. Decision of the Company is final.
