  • LANCÔME ELITE REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
      1. GENERAL


        • The programme, rewards, privileges and terms and conditions in respect of the Lancôme Elite Rewards loyalty programme (“programme”) is organised by the Lancôme brand under L’Oréal Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Company no. 199401042730 [328418-A]) (“Company”).


        • If the Terms and Conditions changes in any way, it will be updated on this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures you are updated on the information of the programme.

      2. ELIGIBILITY


        • The programme is open to all individual residents of Malaysia with valid NRIC and must be of the age of 18 years and above as at the start of joining the programme period (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as “member”, “you” “your”), subject to the terms and conditions herein.


        • All applications to become member are subject to valid proof of a minimum purchase of RM350 (inclusive of sales tax and services tax) in a single receipt at any Lancôme boutique, Lancôme departmental stores, e-boutique and social commerce platform (Lancome Malaysia Official Facebook page Messenger) in Malaysia.


        • The approval of the application is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company may reject any applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.


      3. MEMBERSHIP


        • All members are subject to the terms and conditions of the programme, which may be changed, revised, supplemented, suspended, withdrawn or terminated by the Company at any time without prior notice. Members are entitled to enjoy the relevant benefits and privileges of the programme throughout the programme period.


        • Membership points and privileges are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for (i) cash (in full or in part), (ii) non-designated products or (iii) non-designated rewards (as defined hereafter) and may only be used by the members for purposes outlined in the programme


        • Members must provide their identification card (NRIC) and/or mobile phone number when requested by the Company or its employees, in order to enjoy the relevant membership benefits or privileges.


        • The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion, change the terms and conditions including to change any of the terms and conditions of this programme unilaterally, at any time, including but not limited to, change on the programme period, cancel/revoke points collected, change the validity period of points, make reward substitutions, suspend or revoke any membership account and/or cancel, terminate or suspend the programme in whole or in part, without prior notice and without liability. In the event of any changes to the terms and conditions, members agree that their continued participation in the programme will constitute their acceptance of the terms and conditions (as changed).


        • The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person, at any time to suspend, cancel or revoke any membership to the programme.


        • The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the programme shall be final, binding and conclusive on all members, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.


      4. ACCUMULATION OF POINTS AND VALIDITY


        • Points accumulation shall be effective from, and includes the points from the first purchase of a minimum amount of RM350 in a single receipt (points are calculated based on final sum of the receipt).


        • Members will earn points acceleration according to different channels:

        • • Lancôme Departmental stores / Lancôme Malaysia official website: RM 1 = 1 point
        • • Lancôme boutiques: RM1 = 1.5 point


        • Points earned for paid makeup / brow services are:

        • • Lancôme Departmental stores / boutiques : RM 2 = 1 point


        • Points are valid for 1 year from the date when the member’s first transaction.


        • To earn points, members are required to present their membership ID and inform Lancôme beauty advisors of their membership every time a purchase is made at any Lancôme boutique, Lancôme departmental stores, e-boutique and social commerce platform in Malaysia.
        Membership points reflection takes at least 24 hours, Lancôme beauty advisors reserves the right to reject any request to issue points after a transaction has been made.


        • Points are earned and accumulated, strictly through the purchase of any Lancôme products at Lancôme boutique, Lancôme departmental stores, e-boutique and social commerce platform (Lancome Malaysia Official Facebook page Messenger) in Malaysia.


        • Upon points expiry, customers are given a 30 days grace period to utilize their points. Points are considered null and void after the 30 days grace period. Please note that the Company is not obliged to give notice to customers on the points expiry and/or the 30 days grace period.


        • The brand reserves the rights to hold promotional campaigns related to membership points at any given time without customer’s prior notice.


        • The Company reserves the right to withhold, suspend, revoke or cancel any points and/or any membership account unilaterally in the event the member breaches or does not fulfill any of the terms and conditions of the programme without prior notice and without liability. All decision is final and any requests shall not be entertained.


      5. REWARDS REDEMPTION


        • Members may use points collected to redeem for the relevant rewards (“rewards”). The rewards may be limited in supply and they will be rewarded on a first come first serve basis.


        • Rewards are referred to cash voucher redemption


        • Upon redemption of the cash voucher, members will have a validity of 60 days to use before it expires, there will be no extension allowed once voucher has expired.


        • An automated sms will be sent to you upon redemption. This sms is to be used as the redemption proof.


        • Valid for (1) one cash voucher per transaction only.


        • Not valid with other cash vouchers/discounts and promotional sets with full-sized gift(s). Valid for paid facial services. Subjected to changes at the brand’s discretion.


        • Cash voucher is redeemable at all Lancôme boutiques, Lancôme Queensbay Mall kiosk and e-boutique (www.lancome.com.my) only.


        • Cash voucher is not valid for redemption on behalf in Lancôme boutiques and Lancôme Queensbay Mall kiosk.


        • Redemption shall be made online by submitting a redemption request at Lancôme’s Malaysia's online portal at the following link – https://www.lancome.com.my/portal/rewards_catalog/


        • Once a request for rewards has been submitted, the request may not be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.


        • Members must provide their mobile phone number, to receive membership benefits, failing which, the Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel the benefits until sufficient proof is provided.


      6. OTHER BENEFITS


        • Birthday gifts are only applicable to be collected in Lancôme boutiques and Lancôme Queensbay Mall kiosk.


        • Subject to change according to availability and the management reserves the rights to change the gifts from time to time without prior notification.


        • All Rose, Gold & Black Gold Members are entitled for (1) one Birthday Gift during their birthday month.


        • Birthday Gift is valid for redemption on behalf in Lancôme boutiques and Lancôme Queensbay Mall kiosk. Please write into [email protected] for the details of the collector (Full name, mobile number, collection boutique, preferred date & time). We will contact your registered mobile number as to double confirm the request and when birthday gift is ready for collection.


      7. PRIVACY POLICY


        • By submitting the application, the member are deemed to have consented that the Company may collect, record, hold, store, use, deal and/or process the member’s personal data for the purposes contemplated herein (“Purpose”).

        • By submitting the membership application, members are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of our privacy policy.


      8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


        • The member’s participation in the programme shall be at the member’s own risk.


        • The Company, its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to any member in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the member arising out of or in connection with the participation by the member in this programme, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any reward.


        • Where the terms and conditions of the programme is prepared in english and any other language(s) in the event of any inconsistency between the English language and the other language(s), the English language version shall prevail and govern in all respects.


        • The terms and conditions of the programme shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of this programme which cannot be resolved mutually, shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
